Not only their support staff but literally everybody at Closely is helping you out as a small or medium sized business or even as a freelance start-up. Additionally, they are not only providing a great tool to help reaching out to prospects of your brand(s), product(s) or service(s). They are also very open to hear customers' ideas and implement new features and functions for them. This is basically, what you can see right now with their 2.0 launch. Always delivering more in each iteration, I think that is really great customer-centric software development. Thanks to @fabian_maume this tool relaunch is at its right place now at PH.
