Just a little side note, you mean Latin Americans. Latins are either people from Lazio (Rome) or people from Romance-speaking countries in Europe.

Will there be any trial for the companies trying full-time hires?

Cloud devs works with you to try and figure out your needs, then they work with the person you need to hire to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
