I'm sure your devs are highly competent, but where does the 5% number come from? Even if you only accept 1 in 20 applicants, this is a self-selecting group and only represents those devs that are willing to work for your rate.

@brandondudley Our business model is virtually same as Toptal, the major differentiator is that our placements are more long term full-time vs Toptal's short term gigs. Our pricing model is set so that it's affordable for a startup to fully get-off the ground using our development resources.
