@jasobeaver first off, it is the pre-vetted pool only from Latin Americas and Europe so you won't work with random developers from really different time zones and secondly is our flat rate pricing at $35 /hour, this is something that makes us unique in the industry.

I am curious to know how do you maintain the quality *while* keeping the price so low for senior engineers in Europe and Latin America?
$35/h flat rate is even low for Asian countries. I live in Asia and charge 3x more.

Is this platform only for hiring freelancers? Or agencies are allowed as well?
Cloud devs is awesome! I've used them numerous times and had more success that with any other platform. 100% vouch for the team and everything they're building.
@rifzanm@raroque Nice catch! There doesn't appear to be any affiliation with Crew or Dribbble. My guess is they figured it'd be safe to steal Crew's design as the company has since shut down. The lack of any customization from Crew's site is really quite shocking.

@rifzanm@omar16100 Hi, we already have a good pool of DevOps engineers, just choose hire developers when placing the request and then in the skills selection select DevOps as the skill. We also have machine learning engineers and data scientist but their rates will be different as they are considered special skills due the limited number of developers out there.
