In terms of content I recommend to check the site via the Site Audit. See what the tool recommends to fix and do that. I've been using SEO audit tools for years - Deep Crawl, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs new site audit tool - none of them are as easy to use or as pretty as this one!

They tell you exactly what fixes need to be made. The UI is very intuitive. I have nothing bad to say about it!

Pros:

Super easy to use, includes every technical SEO metric you need!

Cons:

None

Very unimpressed by your handling of subscription cancellations, as well as the unprofessional service I received from Cornelia.

First of all, you require your customers to submit a *request* to cancel their subscriptions? This is incredibly strange. I went through with this and received cancellation confirmation from Cornelia. I was then charged for another month a few days later, which I only found out about via PayPal receipt. When I reached out to Cornelia, she seemed to have forgotten about my cancellation and told me that "sending a ticket on support is not considered a cancellation request." What? As our conversation continued, she continually made blatant typos at one point saying, "I've checked and the refund will be processed after 3r if December." For reference, that email was sent on December 30th.

What an interesting experience. Thank you for the refund. I'll be monitoring my card to make sure I don't receive any more charges from you guys...

Cons:

very shady cancellation policy, charged after cancellation, unprofessional support
