Have been using your platform since 2017. Really like the simplicity of it. Are there any plans for PayPal option? Also I was curious if there will be a possibility to manage several subaccounts? It's not really possible to keep overview on my investments I made in 2017 and the ones I am doing now.
Hey @david_willems ! Glad to see a long time user here. That's impressive you've been with us since 2017. Paypal is pretty tough, the only option that is really possible would withdrawals to Paypal, but I don't think we'd support that anytime soon. The problem with Paypal deposits is you can dispute the transaction quite easily and since cryptocurrency transactions are final, it creates a problem. We don't have sub accounts but I'm a bit confused. You are trying to keep your funds in CoinFalcon but want to only see gains/losses on a time basis?
Report
@jordansteeves Ah okay I understand. Credit card is good enough any way. So the reason why I want sub accounts is because I am asked by other people to trade for them. When trading it is hard to keep track of the seperate funds. I use Bitstamp which has the option for sub accounts, but I much more prefer Coinfalcon platform.
@david_willems Ok I understand now. Yes this is something we've had requested a few times before. We are redesigning our advanced view next thus I think we will be able to fit this in. We're actually in the motions of collecting data for our advanced view. Do you use the advanced view on mobile? Would be want to see it in our app?
Report
@jordansteeves That would be great! To be honest I personally use my phone only to track currencies. Not to trade in. Also logging in every time on mobile is too much of a hassle for me to really use it. I guess advanced view on mobile is a welcome addition, but no priority for my sake.
@david_willems for sure, which is why we just added an Android and iOS app, no need to login constantly now :). You can view your balance on the go and setup quick login with FaceID if iOS and TouchID if you are on Android.

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!! Have a look at their terms of use. They state that they can remove any currency without prior notice or for any reason the company sees fit. They removed Kin from all accounts in June, many lost millions and they state that it cannot be returned, they “switched of the server”.. Their customer care response was that they can do nothing. In my books thats theft. Would not trust these guys ever!!
@gerrie_van_wyk Hey there, sorry, but we actually notified everyone via email and posted on all our social media channels (blog, telegram, Facebook, etc.) on May 25, 2019 and provided everyone with the date of the scheduled delisting. We're sorry if you didn't make it or if you missed the deadline. The 3rd item under Registration and mandatory documents from our terms suggested that you must choose an email address which gives you frequent access to emails sent to that address, as we need to be able to contact you short notice. You may contact our support if you have any feedback/suggestion. For your reference, you can read more about our cryptocurrency removal policy from our terms here: https://coinfalcon.com/terms#mar...

@roel_cabaluna Hi Roel, maybe you can help me but customer support said that there is nothing they can do on 19 and 24 June. But I'll be happy to try again, I mean, the coins could not have disappeared could they? Does someone now own them?
As for the communication, the notification email ended up in my gmail spam filter.. And unfortunately I do not follow social channels that often.
I also feel that a 2 week notice period to delist is not sufficient, but that's just just my opinion.
Btw, I loved using coinfalcon, great product, Just questionable ethics.

Great job! And finally it is possible to pay with credit card!! <3
@demian_venzke Yes it was a long battle! We're super excited to be able to offer our users the ability to purchase with credit or debit card. We also offer deposits with Skrill and Neteller if that's your thing!
@meetchopra Yes, it is possible to withdraw Bitcoin (BTC) if you are from India. You can also withdrawal via any other cryptocurrency and bank transfer if you via swift if your bank supports it. As mentioned to @david_willems, Paypal is a bit tough as you can make chargebacks quite easily which doesn't work to well with cryptocurrency's transaction nature (everything is final).
Thanks @king_lebtc ! We put in a huge amount of effort trying to make the experience as easy and quick as possible. With credit/debit card purchase and apps on Android and iOS, we think we are the right track!
