Hey, I'm impressed with the innovative approach you're taking to help people search across a bunch of documents in a company in natural language in order to find answers as well as summaries and generally to be more productive. I think your focus on customized AI tools for knowledge workers is a great niche, and I'm excited to see how your product evolves in the coming years. I have a few questions about your company and the broader enterprise AI landscape that I'd love to hear your thoughts on: - Beyond knowledge workers, what other groups do you see as targets for your customized AI tools? Are there opportunities in education, healthcare, customer service, etc.? - How do you keep innovating quickly while also maintaining reliability and product stability for your existing customers? What's your process for developing and releasing new features? - What are your biggest challenges in growing the business? Is it more technical, resource-related, or a matter of reaching new customers and gaining traction? What do you see as the critical obstacles to scale and success? - Where do you see the future of enterprise AI in 3-5 years? What kinds of tools, interfaces, and capabilities do you envision for knowledge workers and companies at the leading edge? - What do you think GPT-4 can do for your product? Can GPT-4 follow the data rules that you said are why you make your own models? - What do you think of Microsoft and Google Workspace adding AI to their enterprise apps? What edge do startups have in offering AI features? For example, I think startups might be able to offer more niche or specialized solutions, more flexibility and customization options, or more innovative and disruptive approaches.

@daveneur Love your detailed feedback and questions! We already heard a lot of tangential use cases from our users ranging from sales, to customer success and students — but we still want to be laser-focused for the time being to nail the experience for PMs. To maintain reliability while moving at speed weship often and in incremental batches to avoid a large release buildup that's more error-prone. What's challenging is to create trust in AI, especially when it comes to complex work topics. That's why we generate byte-sized answers but always highlight from which original documents they originate so it's easy to deep-dive into the sources. We think enterprise AI will be more widely available in the future and generally give knowledge workers superpowers to work on a completely different level of productivity and fulfilment. GPT-4 is something we're following as well, super interesting to see the new capabilities.
