Got the app worked for 6 days, then it became useless. Tasks were running without any benefits generated on my IG account on the 7th day. I am stuck since. I did not change anything in my strategy and think that IG detected Combin' IP and make it irrelevant for my account. Support team is really hard to reach. They say that they respond in few minutes. That is false. you wait until days before getting an answer that doesn't worth it. they are unable to bring solutions on the table. They left me with my issue with a speech on IG regulations, nothing about their app...

Pros:

App only worked for 6 days

Cons:

No support, hard to reach, no transparence

Hi Morgan, it's pity you had such negative experience with Combin, we successfully grew from 2016 and the latest versions are absolutely stable, we would be happy if you can try Combin again. Also we integrated Intercom chat on our website, so you can receive a tech support nearly in few minutes in our working hours, thank you!

After installing Combin, I can't open it on Mac and can't log in on Windows. Combin Scheduler as well. And I'm sure everything matches the installation request.

@steveraffner Thanks Steve! I was wondering more from a stance from, does Combin fall into the same boat as a tool like Archie (which was shut down)? Looking for something that will allow me to grow my account and adhere to the TOS as well.

@amanda_schulze @steveraffner Amanda, Combin doesn't use any bots or fake accounts chains, you perform all actions locally on your computer and give the right to the application Like, Comment or Follow.

Does the app continue engaging if your computer is shut off? Also, what are the increased limits with the paid packages?

@amanda_schulze Amanda, sorry for late reply, you can contact me directly on a.malis@combin.com. yes the computer needs to be switched on, but the program can work in tray, limits will be increased till 1500 likes, comments and follows per day, both for Personal and Business plan.

So far Combin seems to be a neat tool however I can't log in when I open the software on my computer even though my password and username are correct :( Can someone from Combin help me out with this?

I have been using Combin for couple months. Most of it works perfect. However, multi accounts plan doesn't work well. It continually signaled process interrupted. I followed the instruction using different proxy IP. Still not working well. If you only want to manage one IG account, Combin will be a perfect choice.

@alexandramalis are there plans to find most active followers (people who like and comment on the post most often)? Also, any plans to add more bucketing to the followers; ability to create separate list for a more customised messaging.

@girish_bindal yeah thanks for idea about the most active followers, we didn't developed it yet, concerning the custom lists, we will introduce this functionality soon!
