I have a question, forgive my ignorance. When using the code snippet, is this hidden from the users in some way that only the team can see the comments and pins?
@adefisola_adigun Thank you so much Adefisola. About your question: When you add the snippet to your website, a sticky widget appears at the bottom of your window. Any person you invited to your project can see comments after they log in to their account. Since the widget always stays on the screen, it is better to add the snippet to your staging or testing environment only. We don't advise it for production. You can also use the Chrome extension instead.
@adefisola_adigun, you can turn Commented on or off for specific environments (prod, staging, test, etc.) and particular page URLs. That's the flexibility of Commented.

I believe the team will add more features to the product with the help of the user feedback. As a suggestion, an ideas section can be created (if it is not there already) and new ideas/suggestions/thoughts/feature requests can be collected easily from users.
