Our team will try it out for sure! There is indeed sometimes too much communication about the product tasks in our chats. And it is not always clear which part of the product we are talking about or to which document we refer. I believe if we could pin the comments precisely where we need them, it would be so much easier to navigate and save a lot of time. Thank you for investing much time in development! A) This means async collaboration, and Commented helps you to have async collaboration by allowing you to mention people and receive notifications about things happening. Also, you can create a task in your favourite task management tools by integrating it into Commented. Q) Are there any specific features or integrations that support effective feedback management? A) We have a built-in resolved flag to track the status of the feedback. Furthermore, we have integrations that help you to turn the feedback into a more widely trackable issue in Linear. It can automatically create a workspace where you can invite your colleagues and start collaborating. We also offer a mobile SDK if you want to use Commented in a mobile application. @naveed_rehman, thanks for your support and warm-hearted words. We have a notification system already built in. Any action will trigger a notification and an email in the system. Also, Commented works async, and everyone can see new feedback on the webpage without even refreshing the page. I hope I answered your question.

Currently, the SmartAI suggestions are only available for text-based content and cannot be turned off. Suggestions are not generated automatically. When it is needed suggestions can be generated with a click of a button.
