I think Indy’s concept is amazing and I was really impressed when I started using it. But I personally preferred the way matches worked before, especially in terms of speed. It was great to get a match notification as soon as a position became available.
On Contra, speed is a very important factor when applying, so I really miss having those instant notifications. Lately, I’ve only received occasional emails about new roles, and most of them were from LinkedIn. I actually search for opportunities more actively on contra, so I’d love to receive matches the same way as before.
So my suggestion would be to incorporate this powerful factor
