Hey Gabriel, Do you see any future expansion into additional markets or currencies beyond EUR? How does your platform compare when scaling with larger transactions? Congrats on the launch!
Gabriel Ferraz
@kyrylosilin Hey Kyrylo, first of all, thanks for the support! Highly appreciated! 100% In fact, we already have everything in place to support USD and SEK, but we decided to disable it for the launch to avoid any issues due to the high traffic we would be receiving. Are there any specific currencies you would be looking for? Regarding the larger transactions topic, our pricing looks even better due to our lower fees. But there's also possibility of custom pricing depending on the size and volume of it! Is this something you would be interested in discussing?

Spotted this amazing project since day 0! Come on mates, let's gooo πŸ”₯ Want to see creem.io in astroport.it very soon πŸ—οΈ @sudoferraz @alec_erasmus
Gabriel Ferraz
@alec_erasmus @federico_fanini Hey Federico! Thanks for supporting and believing on the project since the beginning!

Congratulations on the launch! πŸš€ Your pricing is very attractive compared to other players in the market. Are you positioning your company as the Merchant of Record (MoR)? Currently, I’m using LemonSqueezy to handle payments and subscriptions because they take on the responsibility of filing and remitting taxes. I wonder if you handle the taxes as well. Wishing you the best of luck and success on your journey!
Gabriel Ferraz
@_alexsaas Thanks Alex! Indeed we are the Merchant of Record and we handle all taxes and the boring stuff for you! After yours and a few other comments, I believe we did a poor job explaining that! Any suggestions on how we could improve that communication?
Alex Chudovsky
@sudoferraz That's great, thanks! I think mentioning on the landing page that you are a MoR, or even explicitly highlighting that "We pay your taxes for you, so you can focus on your business” would help.
Gabriel Ferraz
@_alexsaas Thanks for the suggestion Alex! That's appreciated! ❀️

Congrats on the launch! You had me at low fees and a slick dark theme ) I do payouts in the project I'm currently launching. Do you plan on adding a payout feature anytime soon? I'd love to supplement PayPal payouts with a modern dev-friendly solution.
Gabriel Ferraz
@azizka Hey Aziz, thanks for the kind words! That's highly appreciated ❀️ When you say payouts, do you mean that you would like to integrate as a platform? (e.g. to onboard your own customers and send them payouts from your account?)
Aziz
@sudoferraz Yes, issue a payout to a user. My app doesn't sell anything thus I don't need a payment processor. What it does is cash back rewards. A user enters their PayPal email address then a payout is processed via PayPal's Payouts API.
Gabriel Ferraz
@azizka Hey Aziz thanks for clarifying! Would you like to connect so that I could dive into this specific use case more in depth? There are a couple of questions that I would like to ask to really understand it and provide you with a valuable answer/expected timeline on when we would start looking into it; In case positive, should I shoot you an email later? How can I contact you?
Aziz
@sudoferraz Let's chat. I have my LinkedIn connected to my PH profile. I'm a little hesitant to post my email here.
Gabriel Ferraz
@azizka Sounds good! I will send you a message after the launch craziness :)
Animesh Bhatt
This looks very promising, I'm definitely gonna use it for my next project. Thanks!
Gabriel Ferraz
@animeshbhatt Thanks for the kind words Animesh! What kind of product are you interested in using Creem for out of interest?
Animesh Bhatt
@sudoferraz I'm an indie maker, I will use it for my SaaS and App projects. I hope creem will be better documented and easy to use. Had a lot of trouble with paddle on https://www.producthunt.com/post... so I had to use paypal
Gabriel Ferraz
@animeshbhatt Thanks for Sharing Animesh; Let me know if I can offer any help regarding documentation and hands on support!
CreatedByJannn
Congrats on the Launch! Paypal/Apple Pay/Google Pay Support planned?
Gabriel Ferraz
@createdbyjannn Hey Jann, thanks! We do have plans to support Apple Pay/Paypal/Google Pay, but only in limited countries where Stripe accepts it! Would that be a limitation/work for your use case? Or would be looking to expand the current supported countries from Stripe?
Mariam Yusuf
Which countries do you support?
Gabriel Ferraz
@mariamyusuf_ Hey Mariam thanks for the question. For the launch we have limited support to be able to onboard everyone with a nice experience. But soon we plan to expand to all countries that Stripe support (coming weeks) And after that we will start rolling out on additional countries; Which country in specific would you be looking for?
Mariam Yusuf
@sudoferraz Stripe Connect supports many other countries which are not directly supported via the standard Stripe account. Hope to see all included.
Axelle Atlan
stripe alternative?
Gabriel Ferraz
@axelle_atlan Hey Axelle! More than that! We also handle all the Taxes and Compliance for you, so you can accept payments from your business even as an Individual without having to Incorporate!
Axelle Atlan
@sudoferraz thanks Gabriel, I'll give it a try!
Abdul Qudoos Jagirani
Indeed smooth, congratulations on the launch! Really loving it. I noticed that when I clicked on the 'Docs,' it opened in the same tab. It might be helpful if the 'Docs' page opened in a new tab so that the main website doesn't close. People could forget the website was in the same tab, and since there’s no option to return to the homepage from the 'Docs' page so maybe new one would got distracted, this could improve navigation.
Gabriel Ferraz
@abdul_qudoos_jagirani1 Hey Abdul, thanks for the kind words! Love the suggestion as well! Quick question, which one you prefer, when docs are in the same domain and navigation of the rest of the app, or when they are separated like we did? We had a hard time deciding on this one!
Abdul Qudoos Jagirani
@sudoferraz Hey! Personally, I'd prefer if the 'Docs' opened in a new tab. This way, I wouldn't lose access to the main website, especially on mobile, where navigating back can be less convenient, uhm same for laptops too; having the 'Docs' open in a new tab just feels smoother atleast for me. Plus, it's kind of the default expectation when dealing with documentationβ€”either the page opens in a new tab, or a PDF gets downloaded. It just keeps the flow better without disrupting the main browsing experience.
Gabriel Ferraz
@abdul_qudoos_jagirani1 Hey Abdul, thanks again for such a thoughtful comment and feedback! Feel free to send us any additional feedback here or on any of our communication channels! Hope to see you soon on the application!
Hatem Soliman
Can this be an alternative to Stripe? Since it's not available in my country
Gabriel Ferraz
@hatem_soliman Hey Hatem, Currently we are actually using Stripe under the hood, but we already have plans for expanding our offering; Would you have a preferred communication channel where we could reach you once we announce those changes?
Hatem Soliman
@sudoferraz via LinkedIn would be great: @h4temsoliman or through email: hatemthedev@gmail.com
