Crewdle AI - Use every business AI tool without every subscription

by
Crewdle gives small businesses access to the AI tools they need without keeping a dozen subscriptions alive. Use chat, agents, automation, content, websites, and business tools from one platform, with usage-based billing instead of paying every month for products you barely touch. It is built for owners who want AI to help run the business without subscription sprawl, technical setup, or enterprise complexity.

Very interesting for a new product, some onboarding and UI work could help make this a gem.

Thanks for the feedback, any ideas you would like to share with us?

the usage-based angle is the right call for small businesses. the subscription fatigue is real — most teams pay for 4-5 AI tools and use maybe 20% of each. curious how you handle quality routing though, does the user pick which model runs each task or does Crewdle decide automatically?

It's a mix of both. We do have systems that automatically picks, but in the end the user always had full control.

What's the biggest challenge in making multiple AI tools feel like one cohesive platform rather than a bundle of separate products?

For a bakery owner with zero tech background what does the on-boarding actually look like? Is there a guided setup or do they figure out which crew member to use on their own?

I have a question about building a complete end-to-end product with AI.

If my project involves different types of work such as frontend development, backend development, database design, API integrations, testing, and documentation, does the AI platform automatically choose the best model for each task, or do I need to manually select which model handles each part?

I am giving some example scenarios to better understand the situation.

  • If I ask the AI to build a React frontend, will it automatically use the model best suited for UI and frontend work?

  • If I then ask it to create backend APIs and database schemas, will it switch to a model better suited for backend engineering?

The subscription sprawl problem is real and undersold. Most small businesses are paying for Zapier, ChatGPT, Notion AI, and a content tool simultaneously and actually using each one maybe 4-5 days a month. Pay-as-you-go removes the guilt of idle subscriptions.

The harder product question is whether "good enough at everything" holds when a user needs to go deep on one capability — like automation with complex conditional logic, or agents that need custom tool integrations. How does Crewdle handle power-user edge cases without sending them back to specialized tools?
