What is the main thing Cue does differently from tools like Buffer or Hootsuite when it comes to auto-scheduling and per-platform customization especially for solo creators?

David Parrelli

@oskar_nyberg Compared to Buffer currently, it's very similar. Buffer is a much more mature product, but Cue is a lot cheaper compared to Buffer/Hootsuite when you want to connect many social accounts to your profile, not just a few. For example, connecting 7 social accounts on Cue would cost $19/mo vs $42/mo on Buffer. It's targeted at solo entrepreneurs/markers who want to post across the entire social media space without high subscription prices.

We also have a public API that's accessible on the cheapest paid plan (useful to automation/integration with AI assistants). More comparisons can be found here for Buffer and Hootsuite.

@dparrelli I just created an account by connecting my LinkedIn account. However, the integration doesn't show up on the dashboard. Can you help?

David Parrelli

@tanoy27 Hi Tanoy, I'll take a look and see if there's been any recent regression for LinkedIn. Can you do me a favour and email support@oncue.so so I can help you there please?

@tanoy27 Should be fixed now btw :)

Tanoy Chowdhury

@dparrelli yep, it's fixed now. Thanks for quick reply

@tanoy27 no worries, thanks for letting me know about it 🙌

Having REST APIs, n8n workflows, and MCP alongside a simple dashboard is a smart balance between beginners and power users. Most social tools pick one audience and ignore the other. Are you seeing more creators or more devs signing up right now?
