Not exactly an answer, but I got distracted by "voice" and "cursor" as I am building a product to boost human-computer productivity through voice, system-wide (on any app) on the Mac. The product is called Mighty Cursor! And yes, it solves the "copy-paste" problems.

On windows you can use Voicy to automatically insert voice prompts into cursor
