Cushion - Your bank & credit card fees, refunded

Terrible. Bought the plan, they haven’t done anything not even a call in 2 months. Support completely unresponsive

Wouldn’t recommend. Haven’t exactly been a saint with my accounts, the oldest of which is about 6 years old now, so I expected the ai to find some fees to refund. Wells first thing that’s surprised me was that it, as far as I could see, no longer offered to just take 25% of whatever they find as so many reviews might suggest. The lowest cost option, which I chose, cost me $36 a year, billed upfront. I thought it might be worth it since so many reviews have reported hundreds of dollars. After about 20 minutes of scanning however, I was disappointed to see that it had only found $2.50 in refundable fees. I at least expected to get the $36 back. The worst part is that you can’t even cash out until you reach $10 in fees. Some people might benefit from this app, but I don’t think I’m one of those people. I do not recommend this app for others like me.

Not charging users before telling them you can get them X amount of money; then fail at getting any money.

Big fan of Cushion! For the price, it is really a no brainer to me. I have gotten 5x return on investment (that's over $250 back so far) Their product is easy to use and theyve helped me out with some overdrafts that i didnt' have any luck getting back on my own. Thank you Cushion! Doing gods work out here.

pros: i got money back and didnt have do a damn thing, great support team, easy to use product cons: i had to pay but i got back more than i paid so far so not really a con. i hope they come out with more products soon go cushion team!

Been using this product for about 8 months now. I don't really get too many fees but was hit with some interest. Cushion negotiated it for me automatically which just made my life easier. Thank you Cushion and Team!

You just connect your bank account info and Cushion fights any bank fees you've had in the past and protects you in the future. No-brainer.

I tried this out to see what would happen with a pretty safe account (almost maxed limit) thinking if somehing goes wrong It wouldn’t be too bad. Well, good things happened and Cushion saved me a couple hundred dollars in fees! So...it worked. Happy with the result and have not been spammed by them.

Pros:

Helped me get a couple hundred $$$ back!

Cons:

The bot is a little too chipper for my taste. YMMV
