Full agree! Normally with the conventional Customer Support Platform, you gonna need a lot of time building tons & tons of scenarios in order to make it look right & scale right. However, the latter side of it is going to cost your team so much brainstorming & technical tweaks, not to mention the budget of indoor Customer Support you need to hire, so much burden in so little time.
