Congrats on launching this awesome CX platform @son_nguyen_ep and team! I really like how you have all the basics and advanced features of traditional CX tool like workflows and chatbot, but also enabled AI features like connecting to your product information and insights. For me personally, the scrolling product visuals move a bit too fast even when hovered over. I also encountered a problem where there seems to be an input field that calls up my password manager and at a certain point the video player goes wild. This is a great question, and a really good example i can share is a fintech platform we work with, which is empowering individuals in Vietnam with financial and insurance products. They saw really fast success and faced a surge of support inquiries that their agents were not able to support, causing really long wait times. By integrating CX Genie and using our our AI-powered chatbot, they automated tons of responses to repetitive questions which led to a 40% increase in efficiency for them.
