Congratz on the launch! I had fun trying out chat.D-ID and appreciated how model asks if you're still there, 😀 The first thing to come to my mind while playing around was that it would be even more amazing if the model could sing or use different intonations while answering. Excited to see the new features you have in store for us!

This is what the future looks like! Interested to know if you've got any plans for partnerships with hardware manufacturers (Smart fridges, car displays etc.) in the future. This product will really shine there (with a little voice recognition). All in all, great work!

I was invited to test the beta of what was advertised as a FREE service. Only later did I find out that I only had a few sessions free. Will it be a free service or not? I've used chatgpt before so have commented on that app elsewhere. The two things I'd like to see improvements in are: a) Choice of avatar I'd like to talk too. b) A much-improved voice-to-text experience. Now your app doesn't have the ability to smoothly and without too long a delay take in and convert my voice. Also, it can hang up part way through converting my voice. It's vital to get this side of things sorted asap.

@nickjt thanks for the feedback. Yes, the app is free while we're in beta and having users test. If you've run out of credits, ping us at support@d-id.com. The other points you mentioned are also super important to know. Can you take a screen recording and send that to the support email as well? We want to take a look and see what's going on there, it shouldn't happen,

@gil_perry I can't see that a screenshot will help identifying the problem I highlighted. I can tell you that I am running on the latest Windows 11 and that my laptop is a very new Gen12 with an i7 CPU. I was using Edge browser.
