A very interesting product in an extremely busy space! Love the native integrations, especially the one with DialogFlow! Would love to see Carrrot on Integromat. I do have a query on pricing, is there a way to remove the past visitors or do they keep accumulating and increasing the monthly cost? Cheers to the whole team! πŸ™Œ

@irhymeth thank you Arpit! We appreciate that. About the pricing, Carrrot charges for the monthly visitors that go to your website. If you have the bigger number of unique visitors than in the previous month you may change the plan or pay only an extra fee for these extra visitors in addition to your plan payment. I hope that makes sense πŸ™‡πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ

The problem in many companies is information overloa, even by leadership team. Every team has newsletter, weekly update, etc. Unclear if carrot alone can solve this problem.

We use Dashly to engage customers on our web sites. It is so convenient we are even considering adding more of our forflows to it that are general crm related.

Pros:

Easy to use, delivers results and has good support

I truly like their chatbot, it is easy to built and it does not irritate users cuz it looks unobtrusively. Pros:Personally my business used to be with Dashly because of their chat, our traffic is not that big but at the same time we don't have a Chat Operator position. Instead, there are 3 people who wear several hats at work so in general we need 3 Agents to connect to Dashly. They did not charge for any, that is an advantage. We are on Business Chat Plan, so we can not get much of analytics. If we upgrade our plan, this feature will also be available, I gues,, I will comment on it later if I decide. Cons:What I did not really like is that they are not with MD365, guys, do sth with it!
