Dashly is just tremendous! I was looking for a product to help with a small business and larger company product for chat and lead capture and it was just right place right time. :) It's pretty tough to find good chat tools and lead capture anyway but to have it in one product saves so much time going back and forth with different apps and money because of the way they do their offers. The product works great and the support is simply lovely!
It is difficult to go wrong with Dashly. They can do different things but one thing they can do is a support SaaS and similar to how capable their product for support is, their team from sales, product and support down could not be more delightful to deal wiith
Valery could not be any more helpful, Alena assisted a lot in informing about the product, Roman was really clear in terms of product features and support and Ilya and Nick were great for support too!
Also ask them about their mascot haha it's adorable. :)
So far my experience with Dashly has been great. The tool is strong but it is the people that have won me over. Valerie Fenske does a great job of communication, and everyone at Dashly really seems to care about the users.
