@romanopravdic Depends on the founder you ask. I can only give you my reason. I was running a mid size business (think 150 people) and was tired of the spreadsheet/zapier/custom code nightmare. The things being done shouldn't be done with custom code, and managing zaps sounded insane. Who wants to do that to manage a budget per department? All the vertical solution didn't appeal to me. Price was too high, and we were too early. They targeted CFO and compliance, and we were growth stage and just wanted uncomplicated stuff. We spent so much money building custom stuff. And it was always a nightmare. Decipad came from that problem. When i started using jupyter notebooks it became obvious the narrative (and integrations) would allow me to achieve what i needed without excel. I joined up with Pedro and Kelly and the rest is history.

I implemented a new KPI and bonus structure at the startup I'm working for. When the first quarter of 2023 came to a close, I used Decipad to explain the structure and the bonus calculations for that quarter to the team. Or, more accurately, I had the Decipad Notebook I set up do the explaining. The feedback from the team was so positive that I've been using Decipad since then whenever I needed to explain narratives involving numbers. Thank you for the great product ☀️✌🏼
