As a writer, I'm pretty much open to any good tool that makes writing and documentation easier. I've been writing and engaging with Document360 7.0 knowledge base product for over 15 months now. And I'm pleased with all the features they offer that aid in producing high-quality documentation and user guides.

I am using Document360 since its launch for building and managing the documentation for Serverless360.
