For example I'm US/EU citizen and I want to sell digital goods in India and choose your system for local payments. What is going on once someone will make local payment? Am I right the payments will be collected in my virtual wallet and then I will be able to convert that to $ and send to my card?

@eshangin We are a merchant of record ie. we collect money into our account on your behalf as your official reseller.
The money is first received in our account and we bulk payout on a periodic settlement.
