I can't think of a better time to launch this product. Especially with all of the great talent on the market looking to put their skills to work. For founders at the earliest stage, hiring in the United States can be too costly especially if they aren't at product market fit. Does Dover source talent from international markets?

This sounds like a really interesting idea - our organisation wastes soooo much time sifting through CVs, recruitment is unbelievably time consuming. This feels like a great use of AI I have to say!
