Draft - Outsource projects to upcoming talents through competitions.
byβ’
We let companies outsource micro-projects with upcoming talent, remotely, and across industries, which provides opportunities for individuals to build their professional portfolio with projects that align with their interests and goals.
Sounds exploitative to me. Sounds like free labor.

Hi @school_4_ants !
Thanks for posting this comment, so I can explain this point π
Nothing is free, and no one is being exploited.
When a company publishes a project, they have to choose one or multiple cash-prizes.
It can be :
- money
- vouchers
- merchandising
- NFTs or tokens
- Linkedin recommendations or any other professional support
- Even a job offer !
Companies that offer greater rewards will attract the best talent! It makes sense!
We can't reduce companies to just money as a quid pro quo, because more often than not, it's not only about the money for students.
A letter of recommendation from the CEO of a big company may be more valuable to some.
What do you think @school_4_ants ?

@ezzedine_cherif That sounds like a dystopian nightmare: people labor for a chance to earn something, rather than with the guarantee of reimbursment for their effort. Basically it's serfdom 2.0, congratulations.

@ezzedine_cherif@school_4_ants Appreciate the feedback Hunter. We'll be careful going forward. Our goal is really to enable anyone to highlight their skills and get hired on merits and skills rather than degrees and pedigrees.
