Drag Team - The simplest way to share emails as a team.

I am a productivity consultant and plan to share this tool with many of my clients!

Pros:

great tool to organize emails in the moment; easy to use;

Really excited to see Drag's release for team usage. Looking forward to try it out as well as spread the word with my co-workers so they can also simplify their email experience :)

An intuitive and easy to use tool that provides a flexible framework for organising tasks.

Suddenly emails become a to do list without needing to do any more than drag new messages into the correct column.

Pros:

Flawless integration into Gmail. Excellent support from the makers

I feel that some of the best designed products are simple. Products can easily get over bloated and over focused on a specific set of tasks and or ways to doing things. Drag is a simple tool that does not make you format your process to the way it works. You format it to work the way you want it to. Because of this it can work great for many different people in many different situations/roles etc. I've been using Drag for quite a while and love it! Saves so much time being able to organize my emails and notes and turn them into project tasks. I've found that it is has been helpful equally for larger projects as well as day to day task requests that come in. Saves me loads of time! I have used the Teams portion a bit and love it so far. For me the teams version is a perfect application for managing the day to day tasks with others. Instead of having to delegate requests that come in, others in the team can just jump in and work on requests. Negatives: I've seen some bugs and UX issues come and go (fairly minor) but it's a fairly new and growing product so I have been ok with this, assuming that it will only get better, which it keeps doing on a fairly frequent basis. Thanks Drag!

The development team has really worked diligently to offer a product that works and integrates well. The genuine interest in each individuals experience and determination to resolve all challenges speaks volumes to the integrity of this team. The ability to collaborate on project email and customer feedback without the constant exchange of "reply all" email certainly helps maintain a clean and functional inbox. Thank you for this product and the constant improvements.

Easy to learn, uncluttered, organization just makes sense, customer service is outstanding.

Some sync issues across boards, but has improved

About a few weeks of use and pretty good. We're using Gsuite, and mostly using it as a task manager (which it is great for by the way). There has been a few glitches here and there. But all have been addressed or are being addressed. Overall from my multiple chats, I can say that Nick and Duda are truly well intention ed and want to build a great product. We just need to be patient with the growing pains.

Pros:

Very innovative and kinda fun to use, support has been great!

Additional features will take time and patience on the customer side, but hopefully worth it.

I have seen Drag growing as a software, it works so well for me! It does good both personally and professionally.

Pros:

Drag provides an incredible service, and it is so simple to use, straight from your Gmail account.

Cons:

If you're not a Gmail user, this software might not be the best option for you.
