What’s new in Drag? Today’s release is the culmination of three years of feedback - it's a complete overhaul. We have built a better way to control teamwork giving email-focused teams, control of their work in one tool, one place and one way. In Gmail.

Like the idea, still playing around with it, at the beginning I ran into an auth error due to gsuit settings, I switched to my personal account and it worked fine, but my gmail background is black so it looked a bit wired on it. For people that had zero knowledge about Drag or tech might be lost easily, examples of how and ways of using it from the very beginning on the home page might help. We still like the idea and will keep playing with it, but so far just by putting the email at the right spot helps a lot, Great job!
@eric_hsu1 Hey Eric, have a look at this article for the auth error: https://help.dragapp.com/en/arti...
We are working on supporting dark mode in Drag soon as well. Thanks for the feedback, please contact us if you need any help!

Great product. Team is very supportive and helpful
I love Drag, it's completely changed my inbox and helped me stay organized. Part of it is because I just love Kanban boards (who doesn't) but being able to actually sort your inbox is a feature that seems so simple but is a glaring miss by Google. Also, for inbox zero users, it's incredible. I can save emails (hotel reservations, etc) in separate columns without them gunking up my "inbox"
I use this for personal use so I don't make use of the team features but it's more than worth it, even for just me.
Oh, and had to come back and add, their support is awesome. I've reached out a couple of times, gotten great responses and they've always been helpful.
@jeffrey_jensen thanks a lot, Jeffrey. Love hearing feedback like this :) if you ever need anything else from our team, just let us know straight away.

Been using it for a couple of weeks and it´s been a welcome change. This coming from a person that never uses new extensions of apps because of the hassle of changing ecosystem. It was intuitive and easy to use and delivered early on.
Drag has developed into a robust app. We are in the middle of testing it for our workflow but we've been following the development progress for about 6 months now.
The best thing, really, is the Drag team. They are very eager to help and are patient during the testing process. Appreciate your help guys!!
The app has matured a lot over the last few months. I've been impressed by how quickly they have listened to their users, implemented changes and improved the product. One by one our list of deficiencies was dwindling so that's why we are on board.
Drag has forced us to rethink how we are doing things and see that there is an easier way! Adding notes to emails is great. Assigning to team members is efficient. And, or course, dragging to relevant boards is a fast way to deal with the morning's email workload.
Cool app. Cool people!
@darryl_boyd Knew we would get there in the end! Thanks so much to you for the patience. Pass our thanks onto the team also. It's awesome to hear that the kind words extend beyond the product.

DragAPP is an excellent tool to control tasks and distribute them among the people on the team. And everything inside Gmail!
Love this! Best case use for us: We can now manage an inbox without having to log in and out. I also created a column for my assistant so any emails in there - he knows to respond to. Wish it would integrate with Superhuman...that's the interface we use for gmail on mobile.
