@school_4_ants Interesting viewpoint. By that same logic, art or content should always be free and not paid for because anyone can theoretically do it themselves? Is there a reason AI artists should not be paid for the work that they create, compared to other artists?

@johan_v1 while I could debate the notion of whether what someone produces with an AI is "art", I don't think that's actually relevant to the point I was making, which is that it takes all of 30 seconds to produce an image like this with any number of softwares (some free, some paid), so why would anyone who is interested in the space prefer to pay when they can just as easily make a similar (or more customized/relevant) image themselves, in 30 seconds?

@johan_v1 In other words, I fail to see the UVP, or at least, one that works for me (and by extension, people like me, who are following the generative AI space)
