when a user loses access to their google account, they lose access to drive as well as gmail. if the user loses access to their google account, then they will not only lose their passwords via drive, but the ability to reset their password, due to lose of gmail as well.
@vladkose Losing an access to google account is quite rare, not that it cannot happen, but Google has tools get back your account. Nevertheless there is always a risk of losing an access to the place where you store your passwords. However it is easier to manage on account that hold all your other passwords, doesn't it?
