Use Paper to manage technical stuff and my team, and love it. Just the right number of features, document crosslinking and image embedding fits my needs exactly, and works for quick notes or longer documents.
Pros:
Clean, simple structure, perfect for case and topic management.
Cons:
Not much yet. Drive it hard on a daily basis and love it.

Its a great tool for starters, For teams I do not recommend. there are lots of apps that do the same, even google docs is more intelligible when collaborating and working with. But we already have OneNote, Evernote, Word Online, with lots of features way ahead Paper.
Pros:
Beautiful, Fast, Colaborative
Cons:
Already Obsolete

nice product, more distraction free than Quip, highly productive, no barrier to using the tools, markdown & check boxs (that are not included in Google docs) make my work done fast, love rich formatting (YouTube, Instagram, SoundCloud), thanks for the great product!

I Love Dropbox's Paper! Clean UI, intuitive way of working and has just enough option to make it a nice collaborative App.
Dropbox Paper so far has championed the writing experience β realtime markdown, insert emojis with shortcodes, embed videos. Comment on text.
It is a great scribble pad for realtime collaboration. And comments sync with your desktop dropbox notification centre.
Although, they haven't focused much on organising the docs yet.

How this product compares with Quip?
Report
@ricardopolo It's very similar but Quip still has more advanced features and mobile apps.

It's quite good, above the average, in my opinion.

Incompatibility with Grammarly spoils the positive impression.
