For example, one person from Australia found that a long day at the computer often set off an attack within a day or 2. Another from Minnesota realized that skipping hydration was a bigger trigger than they thought)

1 word - useful. the AI analysis pinpointed dehydration and bright lights as ma main triggers. It’s crazy how something so simple was so hard to see on ma own.
