@feifanz They are pretty cool! I've always hated how clunky most CRMs are and it's nice being able to have a single tool that connects what I'm tracking to where I'm tracking it

@jonwesselink 100%! Being able to use Embra while working on growth has been a huge unlock. I use it every day to stay on top of everything. It definitely helps me focus more on the creative and strategic side instead of just juggling tasks.

I used it for several months as a beta tester. Even submitted a few bugs (which one was never fully resolved; the prompt would just go blank or not work suddenly and I had to restart the whole thing). My main frustration was:
A. it changed a lot and very quickly that I couldn't keep up.
B. I couldn't find any guides or walkthroughs on how to use the new features to maximize my productivity.

Otherwise it worked for the little usage I was using it for. Once my beta ended and I was asked to pay for it, but I just couldn't justify it since, again, I wasn't integrating it into my daily use outside of just prompting it with some random questions once or twice a day. I really wish I had enough help to integrate it into my daily use.

I wish the Embra team luck going forward regardless!

@norsegaud Hey Nathan! Good points all around. It's true that we didn't do a good enough job helping users learn the new features & capabilities. We've since hired for that, produced a lot of video contents, and have a learning library. New user activation rates are above industry average now, though there's still a lot to teach.

On the change side, I'm curious to learn more there. As a founder, it sometimes feel like we aren't shipping quickly enough, as opposed to the exact opposite. :)

The bugs you're talking about -> about a year ago we had some team transition, and we fell behind on bugs. Sorry that feel through. The app is quite reliable now and we've been polishing for a long time!

Let me know if there's anything I can do to help. If it's an AI for automating longer-running SOPs, there isn't really a more powerful system out there now. Happy to jump in -> zach@embra.ai
