Hereβs a bit of background, our goal is to help you eliminate the manual and time-consuming work behind managing multiple sources of customer feedback and user research. We donβt believe that a tool can make you more customer-driven or that algorithms can tell you what to build next, what we strongly we believe is that nobody should spend hours fiddling around with spreadsheets and siloed systems just to answers basic questions about their customers.
We are building NomNom so you can spend more time doing the things that really matter, for example, talking to customers, understanding the jobs your users are trying to get done, incorporating that learning back into the product and sharing it with the team.
From Google docs to customer support systems, in this release, we are focusing on making it super easy to centralise all your data, quantify it and build you own research workflows - this is just the beginning π
