Launching tomorrow: An AI course builder for fitness coaches (solo founder, 6 months of building)

Hey PH community,

I'm launching Excellion tomorrow at 12:01 AM PT and wanted to give you all a preview before the chaos starts.

Quick story: 6 months ago I was a fitness-adjacent guy watching coaches I knew pay $179-499/month for Kajabi or $99+/month for Passion.io, and still spend weekends building course sites manually. The AI-to-course gap was obvious. I started building.

Excellion is an AI course site builder for fitness coaches.

The stack: Lovable frontend, Supabase backend, Stripe Connect, Claude Sonnet 4.6 across 7 Edge Functions.

A few questions I'd love this community's thoughts on:

1. Fitness coaches are my primary ICP, but looksmaxxing, bodybuilding, and online coaching niches also fit. Am I right to stay narrow or should I broaden the positioning for PH day?

2. For solo PH launches, what actually moved the needle for you on launch day? First comment quality? Timing? Outreach? DMs?

3. Anyone launched a SaaS in the health/fitness space recently? What category did you pick on PH and did it matter?
