What's in the version 3.1.4 ?

We have been busy this week with another new version 3.1.4. So what did we improve?

We added a timer that counts how many seconds it takes for the chatbot to respond. This allows you to identify which answers take the longest by checking the conversation CSV.

The timer also lets visitors know that the bot is searching for the best possible answer. We noticed that questions requiring the chatbot to compile information from different sources tend to take longer to process.

If you see that certain questions appear frequently, you can improve or expand your content to make the information easier and faster to retrieve. This will help the chatbot answer those questions faster in the future.

The timer will help you identify which topics are not sufficiently explained in your content.
