We just shipped an update to Fabio AI ChatBot (Lite 1.0.8 and Biz 3.6.10.2) with conversation persistence across pages.
Before, a visitor who moved from one page to another started a fresh chat. Now the chatbot remembers the previous conversation, so a follow-up like and the cheaper one? still works after they click through to another product or article.
