βž• Super simple on-boarding βž• Moments & Conversation feature βž• Map Overlay Icons with images βž• Week in Review feature βž• Place verification feature with address estimation βž• Efficient Battery Usage βž– Map looks like it's disabled on the home screen βž– Bug where it draws straight lines from one point to another on the map ⛔️ No Android app 😭 Overall, love the collaborative elements of this app. I do prefer Google maps' day by day view but that might just be me πŸ˜€. Also, it would be nice if you could guesstimate the mode of travel. And like someone mentioned, it might make sense to allow users to receive a notification EOD to update their daily journal πŸ‘.

@_theimmortal_, thank you! We're feeling the pain of having no Android offering as well. If you could possibly spare a second and still see these, would you mind emailing screenshots of the two map views you mention to feedback@echo.works?

3-4 of my closest friends are using Fabric now. Since we reached that critical mass, we only use that for sharing. I am hoping to get my parents on Fabric, and then I have a one stop shop to share.

Pros:

App is super simple to use;

Love the week in review feature;

Super easy sharing;

Cons:

The experience when the other person doesn't have the app can be better

Fascinating! I love this idea. And elegantly executed. Do you have any specific suggestions for users who use it only as a diary? I am not keen on asking my friends to join something new.

@kelly_kikuchi Hi! Diary entries are really easy to make on Fabric. You can tap the "+" at the bottom to add a new entry or tap on a moment you'd like to add details to, then tap "expand". Personally, I've been adding details to specific moments (such as how I felt/what happened when I was at x place) instead of making reflective day entries. Though if you wanted to, you could also do reflective day entries. I like to use it more as a diary too, so while I add who I was with (to be able to search it later), I don't add them as collaborators and it all still stays private. Hope this was helpful!

Hi, do you provide an API (a la Moves) or a ways to easily export data (again, a la Moves)?

It's dead now. How to mark a product dead in ProductHunt??
