I have been waiting for something like Fairmint for a while given that I wanted to distribute equity based on outcomes and not on how much time people spent in the company. I am also looking forward to extending the ownership of StepUp.One to all of the refugees who helped create it. I just got onboarded and the experience is just simply fantastic.
