Hi @gerryhays1 , Fairmint's equity offering requires it today and we allow US non accredited to indicate their wish if they could invest. Regarding our customers, each one of them has its own offering and decides what's best for them, and for their community. Just like Shopify allows you to sell multiple products to multiple audiences, we offer our customers the entire battery of exemptions the US securities laws allow. 🤗

@gerryhays1 let's put it this way. The only persons who cannot invest are US non-accredited investors. US accredited investors and international investors can invest. For US non-accredited investors, what they *can* do is be granted equity in a form of compensation.
