This app just keeps getting better and better! Thrilled to see the new features that put them at parity with other SaaS tools in the space. The platform is so slick and I am absolutely obsessed. Can't wait to make stories and get useful summaries of all my calls. My product managers and design team always love it when I share out content from the calls I record with Fathom. It is such a great tool for me to get work done and easily partner with my team and customers!

This tool has been so valuable to our team in every step of our journey with our growing team. We would record all calls with clients from design calls, strategy calls, messaging calls, and calls to help figure out where something needed to be changed. We could easily go back and reference what the client asked us for on the recordings. This was a GAME CHANGER to our business when we were introduced. We could click and highlight rather than taking long written or typed notes and missing things the client would say. Now, this new feature with AI summarizes and takes it to a whole new level! The summaries after a call, I was blown away when I read through some of them. When I have to refer to a call that I am not part of but need to gather information from it for a contractor or another team member, it cuts my search time tremendously!
