Fellow.app - Meeting agendas, action items, & feedback– all in one place!

I've always thought meetings could be become a time black hole if you don't write things down properly. This is exactly what we need to stop wasting time and actually use feedback. Kudos to the timem! Solid product

Been following this product since its launch - customer feedback has been very strong. While you’ll see feedback here from senior leaders on the product the real magic is with the mid level managers and their team members - who struggle to systemitize and measure their 1:1’s. A perennial problem for fast growing companies. Not an investor, wish i was.

Our team has been using Fellow for a few months now. As someone in People ops with no direct reports, no tool existed to help me organize my skip level 1:1's. Fellow solved that problem for me and more. I love the improvements I've seen in a short amount of time especially to the dashboard. We use fellow for our remote team in 32 different countries and it's been really easy to implement and seriously reduced confusion as to who is doing what and when. Their 1 on 1 feature has been really great as well.

Our company primarily works remotely from around the world and having weekly team meetings and 1-on-1's has been key to ensuring everyone is aligned and working to the same goal. Fellow has allowed us to take this growing task and cleanly organize it through one single source. The ability to organize feedback, talking points, action items between each employee has allowed us to streamline a tedious process into our workflow. This has made following up with employees about past meetings and outstanding tasks much much easier! Not only has it helped improve our company on the management side, but it has allowed much smoother two-way communication between employees.
