This is a tool that I've been waiting for. Using email and notebooks just don't cut it. The ability to track agenda, deliverables and meeting notes is powerful. Having the ability to collaborate with your team and direct reports is next level management. Highly recommend using Fellow. It can help you systematize your management practices.

Just started using Fellow with my team. Fellow is great for 1:1s but I think it most powerful for large team meetings particularly with remote teams. My team has members in Ottawa, San Francisco, NYC, Zurich, London and Singapore and we all travel a lot, so finding a time when everyone can be live on Teams is a challenge. With Fellow we can add, review and agree on agenda items ahead of the meeting and we can record what was discussed and the actions we are going to take for those who can't make it. I'm looking forward to getting deeper into the app and the value.
