Congrats on the launch, team! I've got a question: how does fforward support product managers in synthesizing insights from user interviews, especially when dealing with subtle nuances in feedback?
Cameron Westland
@sviridov appreciate the question! The key insight was to use AI to go *slow* not fast. We analyze the transcript line-by-line to detect subtle expressions of needs, wants, or desires.

Congrats on the launch folks! This looks immediately useful and I’m looking fforward to trying it out (lol)!

@bombayhustle BOOM! lol

Really impressed to see fforward.ai making its mark here! The way AI is revolutionizing efficiency and productivity by automating routine tasks and providing in-depth analytics is nothing short of a game-changer. It's intriguing to think about the potential it has to transform our workdays. I'm particularly keen to understand what sets fforward.ai apart in the crowded space of AI-driven productivity tools. How does it tackle complex workflow automation and cater to the specific needs across different industries? And with the handling of potentially sensitive data, what measures are in place to ensure utmost data privacy and security? Keep up the good work!

@chiara_sw Honestly we have two main differentiators: 1 - Lazer focus: We are currently focused on solving challenges related to problem interviews. This means we can get really specific instead of being "general purpose AI" 2 - Slow AI: Instead of trying to get you a response in 10 seconds or less, we take our time. By being methodical about our analysis and spending 10+ minutes we generate much much higher quality insights. Thanks for asking!

I was part of the early tester of fforward. We used to manually summarize and organize our user calls. With fforward, we uploaded real transcripts(anonymized) and just let it do the work for us. The results very good. We will continue to use it for our future user calls.
Cameron Westland
@wooyi thanks Eugene! Really appreciate your continued support. You've been supporting our startups for nearly 15 years now!

I've been using the product for a few weeks and absolutely love it. Incredibly helpful. Congrats on the public launch!

@woj42 thanks Wojciech! We appreciate all the guidance you've given since day 1!

Congrats @maxcameron! As someone who was ahead of the curve in the digital/product adoption space I know there's a great product mind here at work. Hoping for some integrations to more easily get transcripts into your system (e.g. with Fathom.ai which we use for recording our interviews) but excited to see where you go!
Cameron Westland
@maxcameron @_pulkitagrawal fathom.ai integration is on our radar!

Congrats on the big launch and Kudus to your dev team for making such a wonderful product! I've tried this product, really like the way how it analyzes and abstracts from the interview script to give me quick insight. Look forward to more updates! I have a question, though: does fforward.ai offer features to streamline the creation of research montages and thematic groupings from interview data?
Cameron Westland
@apoti Yes! Once you have at least three interviews themes that are in common by tapping the "View Themes" button!
Max Cameron
@apoti not yet but that's on our radar for sure. Glad to know the community wants to see that feature because it's one my favorite ideas on our roadmap.

@marvin_maendle Thank you!

This si quite interesting, I do lots of these and something to help out thinking how to run and imporve a customer interview is always welcome. I'd just advise to be careful of being too in your face, as you don't want to get the person unfocused with UI and (sometimes I see this with good intentions) generic tips.
Cameron Westland
@nuno_ms_reis Ah yes! Thank you for the suggestions! Appreciate you stopping by.
