Congratulations on the launch! Do you have any tips on how I can lead better customer interviews?
Cameron Westland
@archit_navadiya My favorite resource is The Mom Test by Rob Fitzpatrick. Essentially bias (from both you and the person you're interviewing) can easily make the interview transcript unreliable. By asking about the last time someone had the problem you're trying to solve, and getting into the details of that story, you'll uncover needs and pain points much much easier and more reliably!

Congratulations. fforward.ai sounds like a valuable tool for product teams. With its focus on unlocking insights and patterns in user interviews, it seems like a game-changer for building better product roadmaps. Excited to explore its capabilities and enhance our product development process.

Congratulations on launch! Although I think AI fatigue is setting in, you’ve applied thoughtfully here and in a way that can really curate and treat the data. Upvoted!
Cameron Westland
@metadavid I appreciate this comment so much! I agree with AI fatigue but feel like our approach is much slower and methodical than most other solutions I've seen!

Can fforward.ai be used for different types of user research, such as usability testing?
Cameron Westland
@indiana_jobs We've spent most of our time focusing on problem interviews. We want to avoid being mile-wide, inch-deep. That said, I've experimented with adding usability test transcripts into the engine we've built and had some interesting results! It's something I'm really passionate about exploring more in the future.
Zoya Shchipenko
How can fforward assist in improving the workflow for user researchers who are the sole members of their team?
Cameron Westland
@zoyashchipenko great question. It's super hard for user researchers who are solo. I see our product as a force multiplier for them. Instead of spending 3-5 hours per interview, you're now doing ~30 minutes per interview.

Hey Max, I immediately get it. I have wanted a tool like this for months, is there any way to plug this into support emails as well as transcripts? Also, very well designed (give the designer a pat on the back). Congratulations Max and team!
Cameron Westland
@izakotim support emails are definitely on our radar! I'd love to interview you to learn more about how you're using them today! I will pass your kudos on to Jon!

It seems like a really useful tool for everyone. It allows you to create the best product for your customers. Congrats guys!
Cameron Westland
@hai_ta1 thanks so much!
Max Peter
I can definitely see where you guys are coming from and which issue you're trying to solve - value proposition checks out! How do you generate your quality score? Is it about how often something was shared as a pain point? Congrats guys!
Cameron Westland
@max_peter Thank you! We have a few different angles. 1. We look at the impact an opportunity might make relative to your stated product goals 2. We look at 5 factors to see how reliable the opportunity is (for example: it a hypothetical? that's much less reliable) 3. We count how many supporting opportunities a given theme has *across* interviews.
