@shamari_campbell @evgeny_kotelevskiy Thank you so much! Smart Notes cannot be integrated at the moment however we will be offering enterprise versions of the platform soon where it will be possible to integrate with various applications.

I find the image text extraction feature very useful. Could you provide more details about how it works? Is it automatic, or do users need to manually tag or describe the content?

@mayank_gupta33 Amazing! We use OCR to convert images to text. No manual entry required. This allows users to search using text with images, making finding thing much easier. We can also detect categories mentioned within the image and sort it accordingly.

The app looks great! A question,can my notes be accessed offline or does it need an internet connection?

@pratichi_nandy Thanks :) Messages can be sent even when offline but they can only be viewed online. This is to make sure that even when internet networks are weak on the field messages and data can be collected but all data is up-to-date when viewed.

As someone who has worked in and led teams of varying sizes, I have always found myself wishing if a team management platform that is as simple as group chat would exist. I guess I don't have to wonder anymore! I love the idea and am looking forward to empowering teams using FieldMobi Smart Notes but I'm curious - are there are any preset templates or custom settings available out of the box suited for different kinds or types of teams?

@anish_sudhan Thanks a lot! When you create a team, you can select an Operation Type. Categories are created based on the Operation Type you select. You can change this whenever you need to by going to Teams on the dashboard and clicking Edit!
