Congratulations on the launch of Fieldmobi! what if team members don't use the hashtag conventions for categories etc., is there a way for me to retroactively classify their existing messages?

Thanks a lot! Yes you can edit the messages on the dashboard if you are a Owner, Admin or Manager.
You immediately had me with "You end up with hundreds of birthday wishes and "good morning" messages and then get so tired of reading them that you end up missing the important stuff." and it made me want to use Fieldmobi for not being in that situation. It also has so many features! Kudos.

I'm curious to know: Can you share any insights on the learning curve and how quickly teams can adapt to maximize its benefits?

Thanks a lot! The whole idea is to require next to no training to get started. For the field user it's very simple. When they are added to a team, it shows up on the team dropdown. They can just select the team and type in a message. They can capture/attach an image or record an audio note much like a messaging app. The only addition part is that they can also add #hashtag to use a keywords, + and - for amounts and * for categories. (Team Owners can set the categories). For the owner, admin or manager, there is a bit more to it but the dashboard is really quite simple and intuitive. I don't expect that it'll take more than a hour of trying out to get very comfortable with it. Please do try it out and let me know if you have any trouble.
