The product is awesome! Easy to search for documents by key words across all the mails and communication channels. Once it saved my important meeting. I could not find a video file in e-mails by hours, but clicking "video" in the menu of findo app and writing key words found the file in seconds in dropbox! How I could forget I put it there as well!? Looking forward for new progresses at Findo and making it my personal assistant for scheduling and prioritizing e-mails.

Great product!! But about the pricing plan, I'd rather see pricing by number of search integrations and not by more depth history.

@xavisantav Thanks, Xavi! We will think about that. Currently you can use us without any limits on Web and free for 6 months on IOS (again without the limits). We think that you can have better experience with Findo without thinking should you add one more integration or not.

Awesome idea. I signed up using the product hunt link and installed the app. I also gave the app access to 5 different sources. None of the search functionality works. Bug? Or does it take some time to index before search is available?

@ltpanda yes, it takes a little time for the first results, then we send an email when 80% of the source is ready for search. We've added some more servers to keep up the indexing, I think soon it will help. Sorry for the delay

@ravsydney Thanks! Currently we index only contacts but plan to add some other sources if it is possible to get them through the API
