We’re confident that HR Copilot will soon become an industry standard for all platforms. It’s just too simple and convenient not to use. However, there’s still a long road ahead to building a fully comprehensive solution for all challenges.
Congrats on the launch! After looking at the feature list I'm curious: Would you say this is built "AI first" or with AI as an add-on? I'm curious about the engine behind and how upgrades to LLMs and reasoning models, and their APIs, enabled you to evolve with time?
First came the product, then came AI. In our view, classic features can no longer exist without AI, and AI is ineffective without specialized capabilities. That’s why we believe the future lies in the synthesis of the old and the new—at least, that’s how we see it.
We use OpenAI and Claude APIs, along with our own custom model.
Congrats on launching FirstHR 2.0! Can the Copilot handle complex scenarios like "Show me all developers who took less than 10 sick days and completed their training last quarter"?
Right now it may not be giving out very accurate data, BUT it will definitely be able to do such tasks in the near future. We're working on this right now.

Was it inspired by specific challenges you faced in HR management yourselves, or was it more of a visionary leap into the future of workplace technology?
We use AI apps every day ourselves, and as users, we realized that many issues should be solved quickly and easily through chat. For example, if I don’t know what features a section of FirstHR has, I’d have to either read the Help Center or figure it out on my own. But it’s much easier to just ask AI and get an instant answer.
