People use one app for workouts, another for calories, another for sleep, and still end up confused, inconsistent, or burned out. We wanted to solve that by building one conversational AI that actually understands your body, habits, goals, and daily reality — not just static plans. Our original idea was just an AI workout planner. But as we spoke with users, it quickly became clear that fitness doesn’t exist in isolation. Sleep, stress, water intake, mindset, and recovery matter just as much. That insight pushed us to evolve FitAI into something bigger: A ChatGPT-like AI for Fitness & Wellness — your daily health companion, not just a tracker.
